This person will be tasked with leading our organizations administrative needs, operations, finances, human resources, and logistics support duties for 350 Seattle (8-10 staff) and for three additional fiscally sponsored projects (9-12 staff). This person will also be joining our staff collective, so must love climate justice, building resilient communities and working with a tight-knit team.

The Director of Finance & Operations’ annual salary is set at $82,500. All full-time exempt staff are offered Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance, unlimited paid time off with a min 30 days off per year, and retirement benefits with a 2% employer contribution.
