Dec. 4 update! The Army Corps of Engineers has now denied Energy Transfer Partners the permit to drill under the Missouri River. This is a huge victory for the Standing Rock Sioux, and all who have been fighting the Dakota Access Pipeline. However, the pipeline is not yet dead — they are currently looking at rerouting it– so we need to keep the pressure on.

We’re asking Wells Fargo, to pull their funding from the Dakota Access Pipeline.

Wells Fargo finances the Dakota Access Pipeline to the tune of $120 million. They are one of the largest funders of the project: a project that has involved widespread violations of sovereignty and human rights, and that would represent a disaster for our climate.

Do you bank with Wells Fargo?  Would you be willing to close your account to stand with Standing Rock?
